The beautiful thing about the Aquarian Age is that it is a time when you are 100% responsible for yourself and no one else. It's paradoxically a time when everyone is on top of themselves, yet because of that, we have the energy and ability to truly help others (because help, if you are still working on yourself, does not really help, it's projected manipulation).

Learning how to meditate is terribly confusing because virtually no one speaks about how to actually do it. The biggest thing is, when you focus on the mantra, movement, or breath, that allows you to get into a meditative space. You are not supposed to take seriously thoughts that come up to be cleared (as per Harijiwan).

Respond to Time Instead of React

A yogi is someone who is mentally flexible, happily participates in life, and responds to time instead of reacting to it.

Kundalini yoga is a householder's yoga because logically, it doesn't make sense to be divided from society (purely logistically, if everyone were celibate, the human race would die out). It's always helpful to leverage as much common sense and nervous system/pineal gland secretion as you possibly can.

Your empowerment comes from following your conscious intuition, which would never tell you to be violent, passive, rude, or demeaning; and your strength comes from your physical yoga practice and meditative stability of mind. That all lets you help create a future that is original and not based on recreating collective failures from the past.

It's all simple and possible.

Let's Dewire the certificate consciousness. The wellness industry, the yoga studios, have to keep alive, so they churn out certificate programs.  For so many things.  They don't have the neuron capacity to look at that they are selling the customer and themselves short. It's short-sighted.

A certificate does not make you a leader.
