RA MA believes that Kundalini Yoga is for everyone and price should not inhibit one’s ability to participate. Our regular offerings realize this vision. The Power, Beauty & Resilience of the Human Spirit

Amplifying the inherent courage & positive yearning of the spirit with yoga, mantras & meditation. 

Working with the elements in the universe & "Aap Sohai Hoa," a protective mantra.

We humans are intensely beautiful in spirit & impressively, stunningly resilient. Amplifying our inherent courage & positive yearning with mantras & meditation.

Interestingly, yogis identified 108 elements (close to the Western periodic 118). The key point with the tattvas, or elements, is that they are real "substances" (for lack of a better word) that affect you. We live in a physical universe: your environments & the material around you affects you & your body & mind & spirit. Just as you would think of navigating timespace with regard to elements when interacting with any kind of material substance, the elements need to be in balance or you're going to go off. It's like if you're cooking--if there's too much heat, the food will burn. Or too much water, it'll be soupy, etc. Everything needs to be in balance in your body & around you literally, specifically the tattvas (5 primary elements). Mantras help balance these, some work specifically on this (like "Sa Ta Na Ma").

Sound affects the air as it travels in wave form, so it's great to play them 24/7 so your space can be infused with the sound & feel sacred & special & cozy for you. Plus, the vibrations go out into the planet & raise the frequency of the whole planet. We love Grammy-award winning White Sun!

The Solstice on December 21, 2020 is a potent portal into a better, more beautiful future for all.
