Amplifying Your Courage

Humans are intensely beautiful in spirit and impressively, stunningly resilient. Amplify your inherent courage and positive yearning with mantras and meditation.

Interestingly, yogis identified 108 elements (close to the Western periodic 118). The key point with the tattvas, or elements, is that they are real "substances" (for lack of a better word) that affect you. We live in a physical universe: your environments & the material around you affects you & your body & mind & spirit. Just as you would think of navigating timespace with regard to elements when interacting with any kind of material substance, the elements need to be in balance or you're going to go off. It's like if you're cooking--if there's too much heat, the food will burn. Or too much water, it'll be soupy, etc. Everything needs to be in balance in your body & around you literally, specifically the tattvas (5 primary elements). Mantras help balance these, some work specifically on this (like "Sa Ta Na Ma").

Sound affects the air as it travels in wave form, so it's great to play mantras 24/7 so your space can be infused with the sound and feel sacred, special and cozy for you. Plus, the vibrations go out into the planet and raise the frequency of the whole planet.
