Commanding Emotional Energy
The circuitry of the nervous system exists in the armpits; it's the conjunction of the three systems. When you hold the arms up at certain angles, you put pressure on the nervous system to go into parasympathetic dominance.
In our society, most of us are in sympathetic dominance (insomnia, anxiety, and other modern diseases) when we are either behind or ahead of time. If you can fall asleep in nine seconds, you have command of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. If you have the chakras balanced and awareness of the 5 tattvas, vayus, 72,000 nadis, you can run higher caliber energy through the system including the emotions.
Commanding emotional energy can progress you forward, moving out of commotion so that you have freedom. When your body locks on a subconscious thought, your body reacts via the nervous system but we can reframe to see this energy as useful.

Breaking Habitual Patterns of Self-loathing
Work on strengthening your nervous system so you can handle what is happening on the planet without retrograding into your own ebb of neuroses. We have to create enough momentum to get out of the spin of mental energy, our own habitual patterns of self-loathing. Yogi Bhajan calls the "stress personality" that changes the way you look, the endocrine secretion, and your brain chemistry. A strong, intact nervous system will make you able to handle things coming in and out of your life. Yogi Bhajan calls the "positive imagination" when you lock into a positive image of yourself it creates a momentum faster than the momentum of the subconscious mind.

Re-program the Central Nervous System’s Circuitry

Re-program the central nervous system's circuitry from any blocks or "blackouts" installed while in utero. The Master Yogi Bhajan taught that especially in the 60's, mothers-to-be were prone to central nervous system blackout as the result of lifestyle, mental or emotional experience, or the use of substances. The pattern of blackouts were then passed on to the fetus, installing in the kidneys and spine. This class will reprogram, expand, and strengthen the limbic system and brain function to remove such patterns, bad memories and experiences, and rewire the circuitry.

Remove Old Fatigue Out of the System
We have a certain amount of prana in our life, so it is important to regulate our finite reserve of it. We want to use our pranic energy throughout the day that is intelligent, and to do so we need to understand what it is, how we are feeding it, and how we are wasting it.
A great deal of prana is expended in communication, so we want to guard against losing it to habitual overwhelm, and speaking from the stress personality.
In this class, work on getting the old fatigue out of the system, so we can be more skillful with how we move through the day. Are we increasing our energy or others? Are we being in service to our destiny?

Start the Day with a Victory
Create a situation where there is some stress so the body has to uplevel, upgrade, and catch up to the system, opening a space of more potent clarity and meditative depth. When the currents in life are strong more energy is required, so start the day with a victory over your own inertia, sluggishness, and fatigue. Align with the natural cycles and rhythms of life so that time doesn’t eat you up – rather you are mastering and commanding time. “If a person in the morning does not move his body in such a way that the capacity of his body developed during his sleeping hours is not activated to take the stress and the strain of the day then we are getting right straight into a problem for the whole day.”
The very word ‘kriya’ means ‘transformation.’ Transform the trauma, habits and patterns that store in all 10 bodies. The technology of kundalini – the alchemy of sound current, breath current, pranic current, mind training and physical movement – clears all 10 bodies – not just the physical body.

In this Pre-Solstice workshop, go deep into the parasympathetic nervous system to create a new grid of subtlety, a foundational space to align with the rhythm of the self, and the power in what Yogi Bhajan called "The Self Inside." Access your own ability to self-heal, by applying self-psychology and your own inherent power of your inner doctor, healer, psychologist, sex therapist, etc. Use the mantra Aadays Tisai Aadays as two heat-seeking missiles from your pituitary gland – to help you to start to see things in a way that connects you to the deeper pulse of healing.
A sane person has 27 splits in their personality. In traumatic situations, the mind splits to diversify, creating more fractures. In this kriya, work with your own split personalities and consciously try to integrate them. Jung called this process “individuation” and what once took years to heal with Jungian analysis, kundalini can sometimes accomplish in one meditation. These kinds of splits feel like chasms in experience and are creating chaos, off-kilter relationship perspectives, prosperity situations where you’re not integrated. Harnessing the Force: Full Moon In Sagittarius
Work with the pressure of the Full Moon, Saturn, and Mercury Retrograde to use the opportunity and wildness to create openings and revelation instead of insanity. What would it be like if you lived life as a love letter to the universe? Use the light of the moon to purify and illuminate what has not been clear. The Sagittarius Full Moon calls forward the archetype of half man half animal, which is indicative of the human species; three aspects of intelligence: angel, human, and animal. In this practice, we can integrate the three, and live life ‘as a love story to the cosmos.’
Sagittarius also calls forward the energy of the warrior. True Aquarian warriorship is a very tender space, and requires bravery and openness. To be a sensory human calls for courage and strength of mind to hold an open system, and to release all defense mechanisms, numbness, and behaviors we have accumulated to protect ourselves. We must be strong enough to comprehend how big everything is – how vast is the cosmos – so that we can have the physical experience.
As humans, we have been trained to put the Mind in charge of things that it has no right to be in charge of, and makes decisions that should only be decided and initiated by the Third Eye and Heart. Use the momentum of all of this energy to dissipate the hangover of the Piscean Age.

Relative Motion of Your Celestial Body
Free your mind from the duality of retrograde planetary movement and any magnetism pulling you into a singular perspective of black and white thinking. Instead, work with the energy to gain momentum from multiple perspectives. Every perspective may not make sense to you, but getting inside them teaches compassion and provides energy.
Planets don’t actually go backwards; the earth’s motion makes other planets appear to move backwards. It’s all about perspective. What would it look like to rotate perspective? Do we have enough energy to hold multiple perspectives, thereby gaining their velocities? Loosen wherever you feel stuck in your life and open a pathway to another room of energy, another perspective. Gain a deeper level of devotion to serve the time and space of whatever you’re coming into contact with.

Repeat repeat repeat. That's where we are going with this. Keep up keep up. There is nothing leading your spiritual evolution, the Guru, if it's not taking away your doubt. When you chant this Mul Mantra, your neurotic doubts and thoughts will clear out. You won't believe it if it doesn't work. If it doesn't take away your doubt, if it doesn't work for you... why do it? But you have to commit and try and get the experience. It's truly yours to experience.

Mastery of Time and Space
Mul Mantra – Architects of Sound, Class 4
The basic understanding of the sound current is that it connects you very quickly to the infinite space of who you are. In this class you will work a little bit with the mastery of time and space that exists inside the sound current with Aad Such Jugaad Such Hai Bhai Such Nanak Hosee Bhai Such... that part, that end of the sound current, the last part of it is sealing the experience in this everlasting eternal space. And in that eternal space is the essence of who you truly are.
This mantra is our version of mind training. To be able to start to connect to that which is eternal. And when we connect into that space, things become a little bit less dramatic and tense and problematic, and all of the dramas, commotions, and emotions that are happening very quickly, if not instantaneously clear. Because we're connecting to the actual sound reality of the continual essence of who we are beyond this particular body and these particular sets of circumstances, which are real in one way, and not so real in another.
We're going to work with this mastery today. It's a very beautiful, beautiful meditation and it's going to require a little bit of grit.
