Class Description
The physical practice of Kundalini Yoga helps push the energy through the mental bodies and purify them. This is what makes the it so powerful, we move the physical form in specific ways along with the panic bodies to find strength in all dimensions of being.
Move through an invigorating, yet meditative yoga set through cat/cow, triangle pose, sarbang dandes and Kriyas to move the thoracic cavity of the body. Through these movements, you will stimulate blood flow and regeneration in areas that do not get moved as consistently in the modern lifestyle. Find deep meditation in Child’s Pose as you allow the frontal lobe of the brain to magnetically adjust to the magnetic field of the Earth.
