This allows for a greater capacity to handle otherwise stressful situations and sets us up for ultimate success in the moments where substantial shifts will happen in our lives.
Long Mul Mantra Monday
It's not so much what you say, but it's what chakra you are projecting from. As we're chanting Long Mul Mantra, you can experience sound from each chakra. You always want to start the sound at the third chakra, navel, & then project it out— & you can project through a combination of chakras too. Practice dialing into each nuance of the mantra with the nuances of your chakras.
Merge With Your Soul Frequency
Wahe means ecstasy, Jio is the soul. So, the sounds Wahe Guru Wahe Jio contain the ecstasy of the soul. When you chant it, you're merging with your soul frequency. Gentle Yoga & Deep Meditation
Your arcline runs from earlobe to earlobe. In Renaissance paintings, you'll see it depicted as a halo. The arcline is the base of the aura. A healthy aura is 9-feet in all directions, or bigger. If you're depressed or your thoughts are inverted like I'm not good enough, I don't look good— those types of thoughts shrink your aura & dims the arcline. When the aura & arcline are developed & projective, they are very powerful. In this class, open your arcline & install a new energy in your arcline & auric field. Access Strength and Intuition
This class is focused on stimulating the kundalini in such a way that meditation becomes seamless. You will experience balance and clarity. The meditation is preparation for you to be able to channel your mental energy so much that you can actually astral travel. It is called "Blue Gap." You can alter the functional part of the brain with this meditation any time you choose. You’ll have this experience when you do the first meditation. Then when you do the eight-rhythm mantra, the energy will start flowing toward your head. You should be able to feel the flow of that energy.
