Prana Apana Balance
In this pre-Equinox 2023 class, we focus on clearing.
We will be transmuting our anger. Anger can be very useful, if you know how to channel it. The kriya we practice is to balance the prana and apana. It will clear the heart center space. We then deeply relax to the gong and flow into our practice of the One Minute Breath meditation to stabilize ourselves.
Your frequency will become very powerful, very dominant with this practice.

I was talking with a very successful artist, and he was saying, "I spent my whole career helping others, and then all of a sudden 20 years went by and I looked at my life and realized I have nothing of my own." What's the problem with that line of thought? Regret. It's very important to set the narrative of your life. He could still focus on his career now, and have a positive outlook on the road that he traveled. Your past is there as a resource. Just think, "Hey, I learned a lot. I'm grateful." If you can do that, you will be a very content, fulfilled, prosperous person.
Sound of Your Prana
Long Mul Mantra Monday
As we go into Long Mul Mantra today, concentrate on the sound of your prana, your breath. Listen deeply to your breath and see if you can go deeper inside of each inhale and exhale. Long Mul Mantra is very much a pranic meditation. The breath is a very special part of it. So as you listen to your voice, listen to your breath, see what new realms you can discover inside of this sound space.
Set Your Intention
Once there was a man, he'd read many books, he'd studied with many masters, he had lots of students, people bowed to him. One day he had an epiphany that he was teaching from knowledge, not experience. He went to his teacher to share his realization. His teacher said, "Look, it's like you know everything about the piano. You know how the strings are attached, how the pedals work, but you don't know how to play." As you go into your practice— focus on your intent to have an experience. When you experience something, it's yours forever.

How you do that is you build a value. So at the end of the day, I have a routine where I think of all my accomplishments, I accomplished this, this, I got this done, this done. There was one day recently, I was going through it and I thought I didn't accomplish enough in this time & space. So I did something that night, I finished a project. Think honestly, what category am I in? Become a person who makes things happen. How you get the energy to do that is through the yoga.

Our Meditation is to Beam into the Future. Use this as an opportunity to envision the year ahead. This meditation will enhance your intuition and creative power.
We finish our practice by chanting the Miracle Mantra: Guru Guru Wahe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru.

An Immense Grace Session
Inhale SAT, exhale NAM at your third eye. Do you know your third eye? Is it open to you? How much is your intuition turned on? Set the intention today in this practice, I want my third eye to be revealed to me, I want it open, I want access to it, I want anything standing in the way of me having my intuition to just disappear. Setting an intention is very powerful. Because when you set an intention and then you generate energy, the energy goes and serves your intention. It's a very powerful thing you can any time before you practice.

Breaking the Habit
We are destined to be great. Not mediocre. Elevate and uplift.
If you keep going in for the same thing, if you’re on a loop with a particular bad habit, if can be tough to break. This kriya is for mastering your domain. You can break deep conditioning of suffering. The kriya is powerful for activating the navel point.
We then flow into an 11-minute Sat Kriya practice. Sat Kriya relaxes phobias and allows you to control your sexual energy so that you are creative and productive. Physical health is improved. The heart gets stronger. Deeply relax to the gong as we bring the practice to a close.
Find Your Flow
In this Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class, we practice the full Kriya for the Centers of Interconnection and Intercommunication. We will create alchemy in the body via the kundalini. Gain stamina, endurance, tenacity, and integrity. Your ability to follow through and anchor. Use this as an opportunity to transmute what needs to be transmuted. You can’t get rid of anything, but you can transform your energy into empowerment.
We practice the Harri Har Prosperity Meditation. It will give you creativity, flow, and opportunities. We finish this prosperity practice with a 21 Minute Gong Bath and Aap Sahaee Hoa—in this mantra, the prayer is already answered. It is a prayer for faith.
Kundalini Fundamentals: Getting out of Fight or Flight
Deep Stress Relief
We are constantly in fight or flight mode in our current environments from sensory input that is not truly life and death such as emails, deadlines or text messages. Use kundalini yoga to rejuvenate the adrenals and kidneys which are taxed when we are in fight or flight mode followed by a meditation for deep stress relief.

Each time you practice Long Mul Mantra you want to try to go deeper, experience something new. When we chant today, focus on the breath. Can you inhale deeper? Go into each syllable of the Mul Mantra as you chant. These sounds like celestial chambers that you can step inside of. Concentrate deeply on each sound that you hear and put yourself inside of the word.
