Class Description

This restorative practice begins with a yoga set to adjust and realign the body, releasing blocks and opening the flow of prana. Through movement and breath, the nervous system finds balance and the physical body relaxes into greater ease. A deep gong relaxation follows to integrate the practice and open the subtle channels of healing.

The session concludes with Sodarshan Chakra Kriya—a profound meditation to clear the subconscious mind, dissolve inner conflict, and elevate the spirit into clarity and radiance.
