The first meditation, “Facing the Challenge of Tomorrow,” is a three-part sequence. You’ll move through three postures, each held for three minutes, with a steady gaze at the chin. This practice uses challenging arm mudras to build mental resilience, focus, and the ability to meet the unknown with courage and grace. The gaze at the chin helps draw your awareness inward, supporting the activation and integration of the frontal lobe.
Next, we move into “Meditation for Blessing.” In this deeply transformative practice, you’ll hold your arms straight out to the sides, with the pinky and ring fingers pressed down and the other fingers extended. One palm faces up, the other down, balancing earth and cosmic energies. This mudra is physically demanding and energetically potent, helping you channel blessings and balance into your life. The meditation is set to the uplifting chant of Wahe Guru Wahe Jio, infusing the experience with joy and a sense of exalted connection.

The first core practice is “Nervous System Overhaul”, a powerful Kriya to deeply reset and strengthen the nervous system. A strong nervous system is the key to remaining calm, intuitive, and steady in the face of challenge—qualities especially important during the active, outward summer months.

Next, we engage the full spectrum of human potential with “Sarabang Dande”, a dynamic sequence that activates and integrates all 10 bodies of yogic physiology: from the physical body to the radiant and subtle bodies. This rare and complete exercise strengthens the musculature, aligns the auric field, and harmonizes your total energy system—leaving you balanced, empowered, and fully present in both inner and outer life.
