Class Description
A restorative and stress-reducing session with a favorite short set for the meridians, a short yoga set to cure unknown causes of sickness, and ends with a whistling and segmented breath pranayam to balance the mind and project it to infinity.
This practice is designed to clear, stimulate, and harmonize the body’s meridian pathways - essential channels for the flow of energy and vitality. Using a series of rhythmic, targeted movements - clapping, striking, and coordinated arm and hand actions - you’ll activate key points along the arms, chest, abdomen, shoulders, neck, and face.
