Having a meditation and yoga practice will allow me to move with the inevitable changing circumstance of the human experience.

Meditation helps the practitioner to have a relationship with the part of the self that is unchanging, so when environments and circumstances inevitably change I can use the pressure to grow instead of contract.

In this class practice a short and relaxing yoga set, followed by 22 minutes of chanting for the crown chakra.

Current astrology plus Kundalini Yoga, breathwork and meditation to access the prevailing energies of the cosmos.

- powerful 3-part pranayam meditation to stimulate the physical and mental bodies

On the days when the moons gravitational field is at a particular wavelength, it's wise to engage with the ocean of the mind as such. Go beyond the limitations of the hyper-fixated state of the wave to the non-limit of the ocean. Chant, breathe, dance, and be.

In this class,

-practice a vigorous set to cleanse the body and prevent disease.

-a 10-stroke breath for the 10th moon day.
