Totality Of Nurturing

What I say is what I attract to me. I need to pay attention to my word and I need to be able to assimilate what I attract to me through my word. What I say is what my reality becomes.

The physical body (fifth body) has to be strong to project a strong sound to attract the robust life experience that we want.

The experience of dissonance is a symptom of my longing to have a bigger experience.

If I want to make impact and move spaces, I need to be able to hold physical frequency, as well as consciousness.

The more I meditate and repeat being conscious and paying attention, the more I have a focus forward.

I can heal generations by healing right now; by being so present right now and expressing so much gratitude right now for being blessed with that I am able to be present with now, I heal and transform through all-directionality.
When I use what I have - the breath, sound, and movement, then I've got everything I need to have the biggest experience of this incarnation; Nothing outside can possibly know better than my own heart-centered-present-experience of pranic-energetic-force moving through me could ever possibly know.
If I’m okay with taking the next scary step, then I am rewarded profoundly; The time and space is ripe for making an impact.
