If I want to make impact and move spaces, I need to be able to hold physical frequency, as well as consciousness.

The more I meditate and repeat being conscious and paying attention, the more I have a focus forward.

When I conquer the mind, the seemingly impossible etheric vision or dream or wish or prayer becomes a malleable phenomenon.

On the mat, I challenge and pressurize myself so i'm relaxed when I'm met with challenge in day -to-day life.

A RA MA DA SA healing meditation

The Kuddali  Yogi uses the pressure of the times to crystalize their consciousness, to be one-pointed in the direction of destiny.

In order for the body to adapt to the changes, we need to practice physical Yoga.

In this class we do just that, as well as an extended explanation of our beloved community meditations.
