Working through breath and deep meditation to crystalize the pure sense of self in this Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class.

Embodied Astrology, with Teg Prakash – Using astrology and Kundalini Yoga practices to enhance our experience and take advantage of prevalent cosmic forces.

The mantra enables me to put the energy back into myself.

The kundalini informs a longing to put our energetic imprint somewhere thats going to yield a strengthening or resolve.

In order for what I do to be more than simply a cathartic release, I need to be aware of myself through the breath and mantra.

The deepening of awareness is what gives me energy to continue growing and creating.

Three complete mini cures for boosting your glandular function for hormone balance, metabolism, stress management, and experiencing your higher consciousness. The glandular system is the keeper of all this and more. Three short sets punctuates with meditative interludes and a gong relaxation.

With the diagonal direction of the focused mind.

When my attention is fixed at one point, I create an equal reaction with the environment around me.

The mirrored neurons in my environment create an effect from my focused cause (at the third eye, in the prosperous and enjoyable direction that my spirit wants to move, supported by my resolve to strengthen my body with Yoga and Breath), so I'm able to perceive the reflection of me in my environment and then move with ease, grace, joy, and excellence towards the next elevated destined destination. The is the Tantric Force.

In this class:

-A Yoga set to regenerate and repattern fatigued cellular structures, and to get feeling very high!

-Moon Kriya Meditation using the mantra "HAR"

Let your freak flag fly.

I can allow my unique energy to settle at my heart center with this Kundalini Yoga and Meditation class.

In this class:

-Practice a fun and dynamic set with many short exercises to balance our energetic "winds."

-A deep Moon-Day meditation, using a moon center gaze and Jupiter mudra.

"What is born shall die. What will not die then? What is Amarata? When you take away the bitterness of the entire world and match it up with sweetness; when you clean the ugliness of the entire association, negotiation and your communication. Cleaning the house is called cleaning the Karma. Where there is a Karma, there shall be no Dharma, where there is a Karma there shall be no God, where there is a Karma, there shall be no truth, where there is a Karma there shall be no peace, where there is a Karma, there shall be everything. Even where there is Dharma, if there is a disease it won't hurt, if there is a tragedy it won't hurt." -Yogi Bhajan

Yoga for Vitality and Meditation for Mental Outer Projection - "The Apostle"

The neutral and buddhi parts of the mind dominate in this Projection. The result is a clear perception of what is important to preserve. You perceive that it is connected with the wider flow of the universe, both known and Unknown. This Projection links the essence of your purpose to the greater minds and souls in the cosmos. Your message and need are projected into them, and help and knowledge come back to serve you and complete your goal. It is a prayerful Projection for a unified response from the universe. Too much of this projection, and you miss the cues for action that complete the cycle of projection to the greater mind and back to you. Too little, and you can feel isolated and detached. Balanced, you rely on the heavens and greater environment. You feel a conversation with the universe. Synchronicity is common. "At the last minute, the Grace of the Guru saves the disciple."

"The question in life is not how strong and energetic you are. There is all this dialogue going on about, "Be energetic, be strong, must have energy." People talk to me, "energy,, energy." What about eliminating fatigue?" ~Yogi Bhajan

Edges - the most biodiverse places in the natural world
and in our own psyche.
The human has ebbs and flows of consciousness and we meet our own growth edges. When energy allows to dwell anywhere, it can become fatigued or inflamed, and then is therefore vulnerable to disease. Energy tends to accumulate, aggravate, and alleviate. I can tap into the agitation with the yogic technique to turn it into a higher awareness, with the diagonal kundalini energy. The equinox is a growth edge. I tap into the perfecting balancing energy of the equinox, by removing any fatigue that’s left over from the winter months. In this class, practice a few foundational exercises, followed by a 9 minute set to remove blocks, and a sweet meditation to remove deep fatigue.

"When the axle changes, age changes and the flare of the sun's and icon of the electromagnetic field changes. If you will stay on the frequency of the Pisceans, you may not die physically. Mentally you will be just a slob. What use that life will be? You don't understand. The man is so egomaniac, he understand, I am a human being, 'I worship God, I am noble man, I am honest man,' you know, all these adjectives or 'I am beautiful, I can do like this, all that stuff.' This doesn't have any value. Do you know that? Whatever you know and whatever you can do and whatever your powers are, doesn't matter who you are, that is ten percent. The environment, the electromagnetic field and the psyche of the Earth, that is ten percent, twenty. Eighty percent nobody knows. Period."
