We are entering a new season. Remember Your life means something just by the fact that you choose to live and breathe. You're not here to people-please and be here for someone else’s satisfaction; to hold onto angst inside of you. Spirituality represents BREATH, JOY, FREEDOM, LETTING GO, To be taken by the wind! When taking action, ask yourself: DO I REALLY WANT TO DO IT? Is it coming from your authenticity? There may always be people on the planet who don’t understand you. And this has nothing to do with you.
- In this class, we practice a kriya to cultivate Chi and vitality. The kriya supports the immune system and keeps the body disease free. We practice meditation to reduce stress, relax, and go into the Complete Adi Mantra.
- If you need a spiritual link and source of guidance, then use the Complete Adi Mantra. It is said to provide a direct connection to your higher consciousness, giving you a sense of awareness and guidance for your personal situation. It is very useful for re-centering if you are entering Shakti Pad in Kundalini Yoga. It is also excellent as a means to gain perspective and direction.
