In this Kundalini yoga workshop, we’ll dive into practical strategies and techniques for empowered parenting, as well as into the deeper, more mysterious realm of parenthood as a spiritual path.
Through kriya, meditation, and breathwork, we will attune to the subtle energies of guidance, protection, and inner knowing. How do we hold space for a child’s unfolding without imposing our own fears? How do we remain centered when chaos rises? How do we embody the radiance that allows our children to trust life itself?
This workshop is for parents, future parents, and anyone who has ever nurtured another being. It is an offering of steadiness in the unknown, a deepening of presence, and a reclamation of the joy, sovereignty, and sacredness of raising the next generation.
