This class is a yoga set for the meditative mind paired with prānāyām and a subtle, blissful meditation to support clear communication - especially helpful during Mercury retrograde. We practice to consciously enter the subtle body while alive, so we can meet loneliness, transform it, and belong to ourselves first. From that inner belonging, we can truly belong to others, moving as saint and soldier with creative values that build, bless, and uplift.
