Quick kriyas & meditations you can incorporate everyday.
While also useful for what we typically think of as addictive - coffee, smoking, alcohol, etc., this meditation targets our hidden addictions.
The things that hold us back are the weakening thought forms, anything that takes us off the path, pulls into fate / away from the higher frequencies.
The addiction meditation is a catch-all for anything in any aspect of your life that's holding you back — any fear that you have, any hesitation that you have, when you care about what other people think, when you're experiencing a negative emotion on a daily basis, anything that you're doing that you wish you weren't doing but you do it.
Duration: 3 - 31 minutes

8/8 prep! "I can make my energetic gas tank bigger during these portal windows. I want us to be able to integrate the new information that’s coming on to the planet. The force of the lion's roar has an impact that I want us to have. Humans are here to make beautiful poetry out of our lives work as Guru Jagat did masterfully. Tonight we expand our pranic container, so we can be ready to catch the big energetic wave on the 8th. I need to have the pranic capacity to elevate instead of separate. I can let my neurosis go with one powerful breath to the heart center, and humble myself to the more immense energy that’s wanting to innately move through. I want to fall in love with my sound, so I can pray for whatever I want."
