Class Description

This session is designed to revitalize the kidneys - essential organs for energy, resilience, and emotional balance - while strengthening your capacity for a positive, uplifted mindset. You’ll move through a thoughtfully sequenced set of Kundalini Yoga exercises that target the lower back and kidney area, using dynamic movement, breathwork, and twists to stimulate circulation and support detoxification.
The practice incorporates specific postures and pranayams that not only nourish the kidneys but also help clear fear, fatigue, and negativity. As tension releases from the body, you’ll notice a natural shift toward greater clarity, optimism, and emotional steadiness.
