Prosperity & Projection To Victory

It's equinox eve!

Let us allow the purification of the equinox energy to clear the channel, and clear the doubt that I'm able to rise into the full expression of me, the highest level of prosperity, and the deepest embodied experience of happiness and expression and joy.

In this class:

-Foundational warm-up tools

-Yoga set for cleaning the kidneys and adrenals

-Pituitary breath to synchronize the glandular system to the suns' rays

-Whistling to remove fear

-Chanting to remove pain

-Chanting for Tej

"The technology of bowing one’s head: allows the blood to move to the frontal lobe, and allows me to present my head (the ego, for intents and purposes) to the bigger energy (God, Guru, Expressive Evolutionary Force) that is received, perceived, enjoyed, and shared to and from the heart center. My job is to tend to the soil of the soul - this tended-to fertility, so-to-speak, travels with the soul when it moves on to its next vehicle." -Atma Santokh

In This Class:

Practice a fun, stretchy set for the lower spine.
Chant variations of the "Har" mantra while moving, stretching, twisting, and releasing anger.
Practice a special meditation series to "narrow the inlet of thoughtless subconscious"

A special camaraderie pressurizes the human psyche when you get to practice meditation and yoga together.

The depth of the connectivity with other people directly correlates to the depth of connectivity with one self.

The unique gift of practicing kundalini yoga together is that there's an individual experience of the practice, and of that challenge within, and there's the group energy that encourages the individual past what limitations were previously imposed. A person can benefit exponentially when in a group practice setting.

This class features a brief yoga set to work the kidneys to continue preparing for spring, followed a challenging meditation mudra to expand the horizons and to infuse the prosperity mantra into the system to capitalize on the current astrological aspects.
