Class Description
Balance the body and spine to coordinate the movement and flexibility of the sacrum and lower spine with the upper spine and the back of the skull. By linking these key areas, you build real strength, improved balance, and greater endurance - feeling more aligned and stable in your body.
The second half is a pranayam series designed for tremendous mental, physical, and spiritual change. These breathing techniques help shift your metabolism and stimulate the protective glands, strengthening your resilience from the inside out. The practice is especially supportive for asthma and respiratory weakness - reducing shallow breathing, opening the capillaries of the lungs, and bringing breath into the lower lungs so you leave feeling clearer, more open, and powerfully recharged.
