During this charged Gemini season, it's important to understand that the most effected parts of the physical form will be those that are ruled by the sign of the twins; the hands, arms, and upper chest as well as the nerves themselves.

In this class we work to increase the sensitivity of the nervous system and the power, as well as precision, of the breath. Shallow breath has its place, but it is not in the day to day existence. Depth of  breath must be cultivated and sustained in order to carry yourself and others in a powerful way.
