Having tools for discharging emotional energy is essential to being able to communicate from your higher consciousness.

When practiced regularly and correctly, this kriya can give you a new nervous system. The nerves that have disconnected themselves and are dead will start connecting and finding a pathway. That's the power of the breath, the whole system will be shaking.

This short meditation helps move you beyond stress, inner conflict, and the pull of duality by bringing the brain hemispheres into balance. Settle into greater coherence, feel more centered, less divided, and more able to meet life from clarity instead of tension. A simple but powerful practice for restoring equilibrium, calming mental pressure, and returning to the steady space within.

Strengthen intelligence while cultivating deep inner peace. Through steady mantra and focused awareness, you’ll clear mental noise, stabilize the nervous system, and refine your intuition so your decisions come from clarity instead of reactivity. This practice supports a calm, elevated mind - helping you feel centered, bright, and quietly confident from within.

When the nervous system fails to cooperate with the self, we call that illness. Anxiety, depression, phobias, and more can all be thought of a weakened nervous system reacting poorly to functional life. And the most immediate help available is movement of your own body, breath, and mind.
Practice an activating kundalini yoga kriya to stimulate and balance the nervous system, then a meditation to strengthen the system's response ability through deep calm.

Working with subtle movement and breath to stimulate the mind and improve energy circulation to the brain, plus a meditation to balance the brain and the metabolism.

A simple, rhythmic practice that links Earth and Heart/Heavens through sound and touch clearing mental noise, stabilizing the nervous system, and lifting your consciousness into a higher register.
You create a steady current: grounded, devotional, and exact. The mind stops scattering. The body becomes a conduit. And your inner guidance gets loud enough to follow.

This Easter class explores complete transformation through the sacred cycle of life, death, and rebirth. We work with purification as both a physical and spiritual process—clearing what has completed, releasing what no longer belongs, and making space for a more truthful, renewed self to emerge. Rooted in the mystery of resurrection, the practice invites you to meet endings not as failure, but as part of the soul’s cyclical path: a necessary surrender that makes real rebirth possible. Expect a class that is cleansing, reflective, and deeply transformative—opening the way for renewal, devotion, and a more radiant relationship to life.

This class centers on a meditation to change the ego and release attachment - helping you loosen the patterns of grasping, defensiveness, and identity that keep you locked in repetition. Through practice, we create space between who you truly are and what you’ve been clinging to, so the mind can soften, the heart can open, and a more neutral, liberated state can emerge. We close with a gong healing relaxation, allowing the nervous system to absorb the work, clear residual tension, and settle into a deep, restorative stillness.

This class uses preparatory exercises for the lungs, magnetic field, and deep meditation to clear the breath, strengthen your energetic projection, and ready the body-mind for stillness. We’ll work to expand lung capacity, awaken circulation, and build the magnetic field so your system feels brighter, steadier, and more resilient from the inside out. From that foundation, meditation becomes more accessible - less forced, more natural - allowing you to settle into a deeper state of presence, clarity, and inner absorption.
