Every time and space coordinate has a latitude and longitude, which includes our souls. We are with these imprints and mandalas and our job is to create the altitude and the attitude. To reach these heights we must participate in an alchemical process -in this case, a kriya, translated as "transmutation" from one coordinate to another. Through that movement, we travel in a quantum, vertical direction creating altitude.

Take one thing that is worrisome, bothersome, or heavy and created fundamental insecurity. Apply the Platinum Meditation and the heaviness you've been consciously or not consciously been dragging around - the inheritance of misery you took on - will begin to lift.
