Equinox to Solstice Superboost

This is a special class and is wonderful for beginners. It was given leading up to Summer Solstice. It is one of the most powerful days of the year. In the Kundalini lineage, we understand that we can use solar energy to make major shifts in our vitality, creativity, and prosperity. Set the intention to really cultivate it in this class.

When you breathe deeper, you allow other people you interact with to breathe deeper. This is a profound yogic science principle. Use this technique in a practical way every day. Breathing ahead of time (before you enter a place) means that you alter the entire quantum field as well.

Gain a different perspective on happiness as you tune into the teaching in this session. It is in our innate makeup as human beings. It is biological and we are wired this way. The goal of this yogic practice is to take some things off of you that may be blocking you from your original state. This is the state of innocence. That doesn’t mean it is going to be easy. With the kundalini technology, the postures are meant to challenge your mental and emotional bodies. It comes up so you can clear it. This is the deep fatigue and stress that keeps you from plugging into your most innocent and open state of contentment. No matter what happens in your life, it is a life well lived. This is an invitation to use yogic science and generate the energy it takes to have dignity and grace no matter what is happening in your life.

When our frequency is harmonic and we are able to keep it high, we have a greater capacity to neutralize our mind and deal with the natural spectrum of human experience and enjoy it! The way to keep our vibration high is not necessarily to keep ourselves from experiencing the doldrums and negative aspects of life on Earth, but rather to respond to them with the positive mind rather than the negative mind.
In this class, utilize high frequency in several forms to cultivate that capacity and have the sovereignty to decide how we want to deal with the trouble on the planet. Enjoy a set of three meditations for mental strength, including Ardh Kechari Kriya, which can massively shift our mental stability. Included is an invigorating set of cat/cow, bridge pose, breath of fire, frogs and other movements that benefit hormonal and mental balance while toning the physical body.
Your homework for this class will be to craft a glass of lemon water using a fresh lemon before bed, then drink slowly upon rising. Allow the benefits of this practice to spread power into every molecule of your body by your own will.

Tune in for interesting and “politically incorrect” spiritual teaching about the inhabitants of the planet. About 80% of the world is made up of what is referred to as landscape humans. They are there to fill in the matrix. About 18% of the inhabitants of the planet are here on a mission. Yet we have free and so many of them are not going to deliver on it. That leaves 2%. This population of people have to deliver on their mission. It is a must in their incarnation. It is reality. Most people wander around the planet in their own versions of non-reality.

Reality takes a lot of energy to uphold. As direct and naked as it can be, the relief of reality can be tangible. As much bravery as it takes, it is still relieving. This is a great reminder especially if you are trying to run away from some aspect of your dharma. When you actually face your reality (as hard as it may be) there is a relief to it and that gives you a lot of energy. This is a skillset you will work with in this class. Go deep into the teachings and develop the strength to handle your reality. It is your job as yogi to do what you came here to do. It requires strength and it makes you feel better when you do it. Can you master and make sense of your senses without running away from them? Use the kundalini technology in this class to do this. Be in your senses. No avoidance. Face whatever is in front of you. That is the 11th commandment.
