This session is for balancing the negative & positive within you so that joy can flow through unimpeded. A highly energetic solstice workshop from RA MA Festival on December 19, 2020.

A special evening class to work on your mental balance because you can never get enough of that. A simple tool: 3 minutes of cat-cow a day is a good dose. Alternate nostril breathing is one of the easiest ways to balance yourself emotionally and psychologically. If you’re feeling off, then follow a pattern of inhaling left and exhaling right. If you are feeling very fatigued, then reverse it. Inhale right and exhale left.

Clean out your fatigue. A very important aspect of mental health is balanced minerals in the body. Work on balancing magnesium and potassium in this class. Get the moodiness out of your system. Move your Qi.

108 Frog Squat challenge. If you can do 108 then you achieve stellar mental and physical health. Straighten out your mind in a couple of minutes a day.

Kundalini Yoga including ego eradicator and alternate nostril breathing (10:54) to balance the hemispheres of the brain. A Kriya (26:40) to open your body. Gong relaxation (1:00:14)

Mantras work on a quantum level to reorganize the sound of your life. It's very good to play these in the home or workplace, or in your kids' rooms when they're sleeping. Kundalini mantras are specifically engineered for the Aquarian (post-2011 or 2012) timestream. (Other mantras are fine but we don't know that they work for this time, including the commonly-used "om" which is a total mistranslation of yogic texts.)

If you are under "unbearable financial pressure" or facing legal troubles this is a great mantra to play or recite from 3-4 am. When you chant any mantra you should chant from the navel (lightly moving the belly button point with the sound).

"Aap Sahaa-ee Ho-aa" is a mantra you can play 24/7 at your home or office for massive protection.

Putting the Positive Sound into our systems to override the destructive current emphasized in our politics, media and talk so that we may be the bright burning flame in the dark room. Living on a polarity planet we can choose to either be constructive or destructive. Practice deep left nostril breathing to balance emotions and a kriya to bring mental balance. Be the positive current in all situations to uplift and serve our world.

Mantra "I Am Thine" will create an intuitive faculty in you that will protect you from mental intrigues. Mantra is conscious and will protect you from your mind and give you connection to the pure part of your soul. Mental intrigues (curiosities of the mind) take you away from your elemental personality, your innocence. Innocent perception gives you a new lease on life.

Part of Kundalini technology is aligning your system with the cosmic system to become more in sync with the time codes as they release. A lot of times the destiny does release but we don't have the energy to take the opportunity. One of the biggest pitfalls of having a finite body in infinite reality is that our mental intrigues - the way the mind creates trouble - and the ego structures convince us that a certain moment in time and space will last forever.

Full yoga kriya with 22 minute meditation

This yoga kriya works the mental and spiritual bodies and clears mental fog and noise. When the heart center opens, you have more energy. You need to be physically fit and in good spiritual condition to have enough energy to be aware of the workings of the world. We need people who are alert enough to take in different inputs of information then you can decipher through your own connection to infinity. The world needs you to wake up, needs people who can maneuver through the transition of the economy and lead the change.
