In this class, practice a series of kriyas that can be used as a daily prosperity practice.

It features a three-exercize set to optimize the entire glandular and energetic system; It includes a back-bend, a shoulder stand modification and a life-nerve stretch.

Then practice the clsssic pranayam, "Panj Graani."

And the "Gian Chakra" Kriya to finish.

In this class a favorite heart opening oxygenating and cellular balancing Yoga Set, followed by 22 minutes of a prosperity meditation.
