Class Description
Do the P-Fruit set every day in February and March and it will bring you vitality in future seasons. This is great strength training. Working the muscles is not enough. You need to work the organs and nerves too.
The P diet is fun and easy to keep only fruits that began with ‘P’. Pizza, pasta, pancakes, and pudding are out. Fruits, nuts, and vegetables are all in.
This metabolic P-Set works on the liver and spleen. The inner organs are deeply massaged and stimulated to release toxins with yoga and breathing.
