This is a day that you can really optimize your glandular system. Tune in to this class to gain an in-depth understanding of how the lunar energy affects your mind-body system. When your glands are secreting properly you don’t have to fake being happy. It is one of the great fruitions of your practice. You know you are moving forward when things feel enjoyable more than not. The phenomenal world we live in is always going to tempt you to react, to fall for the illusion, and to believe your reactions are important. It’s ok because when you are a strong Aquarian human - whether you are succeeding or failing, whatever is going on, whatever the context - your spirit is victory. The power of the 4th day of the moon! The glandular system is so subtle and you can really heal any mental and emotional trauma that you may be carrying. Do a meditation in this class that actually releases blockages you may have in your brain stem. If this area is clogged then the kundalini has a hard time moving up the spinal cord and chakra system. It’s particularly powerful on the 4th day of the moon.

Other people get a massive benefit from the power of your daily practice. You do not have to make your loved ones do yoga. You do the yoga and your relationships will massively change. Tune into for a teaching on the importance of spending with other women in community. In concentrated time together you will notice that a lot of your problems just melt away. Khalsa actually means a group of practitioners that come together with deep intention. So much can burn off in these settings and then you don’t have to take that karma back into your actual family and relationships. The feminine in all of us wants relationship of some kind. The masculine in all of us wants to be left alone. It’s not gender specific. It exists in all humans.

Receive teachings on what happens to the mind-body system post-eclipse. Practice the yoga in this class to lock in a pattern and project that as a whole new experience of your life. There are variants of reality that are happening simultaneously. If you position yourself in a positive projection during an eclipse then you can lock in a whole new variation of reality afterward. Tune into this class for fundamental teachings on the reactive personality. You actually have 27 personalities. The reactive personality is typically a dominant one along with the stress personality. Addiction meditation is a powerful technology for dealing with these personalities. It creates a template so that when you are experiencing one of these dominant personalities you can shift it.
