It is a great introduction to Kundalini Yoga and meditation if you are new to the experience. This class was given on Yogi Bhajan’s remembrance day. You will focus on strengthening your nervous system so that you can handle the challenge of the times. That was his mission. Receive the blessing of living a full and incredible life. Practice so that you are strong enough to deal with the ebb and flow of all of it. You need grit for yourself and then you can move past your personal problems and help the people who need your strength. You have the command of your endocrine system, chakra system and sovereignty of your mind.

Listen to a spiritual teaching about legacy and how kundalini can be for everyone at every age. The power of this legacy is that these techniques are accessible to all.

The power of the particular permutation combinations will move you toward positive choices. You actually want that. Humans want positivity and the only reason why we choose less is because we are not strong enough to go for the good. Kundalini gives you the strength to make better choices. It does not take a long time. You start to feel better and when you feel better, you do better.

Know your Rhythmic Current

If you don’t know a mantra then just move your tongue, navel, mouth, and lips. Make a go of it because that will at least get the nerve stimulation required to activate the power of the permutation combination. You can get inside the rhythmic intelligence of the Nad.

If you know how to move sound through space and consciousness then everyone who listens to you can be elevated. Your sounds can clear their haunting thoughts. Get the sound moving through you first with the practice in this class.

There is one command in the Age of Aquarius and that is JAP - repeat. Repeat a frequency that will open up a space in you and allow you to activate and open up a space in others too. Everything is rhythmic besides your neurosis. Learn the technique of the master’s touch and allow the sound of what you are chanting to hit your inner ear in a way that you also receive the sound. It is the thunderbolt of Shiva; out the mouth, into the inner ear, into the pineal gland. It accelerates so listen to yourself. Develop the ability to modulate and activate sound so that no matter what words you are saying you can move someone’s heart.

Vibrate. Listen to yourself. Listen to the way you move through time and space. You will know so much about what is going on with you. This helps you to focus your meditations and really clean out what needs it. Record yourself. You can make so much progress. When you are in pain, you are pa’y’in. Pay some debts and that feels good. In that coordinate, you begin to see around the corner of time.

Conquer your Ghosts

The use of sound sets up a different vibrational frequency to elevate from the daily subconscious frequencies that you have been vibrating. The subconscious mind has all types of twists, referred to as mental intrigues. It can begin as a misinterpretation of an interaction then it spins into patterns that years later have lodged themselves in you. It’s a film that you wake up with but you can give yourself the medicine of setting a higher vibration.

Every person has 13 ghosts that haunt the subconscious mind. They come from accumulated fears and phobias. One of those thoughts can ruin a whole lifetime. This class is a “buck stops here” class. Use yoga to conquer your ghosts. Also, tune into some powerful self-psychology practice suggestions in this lecture. The subconscious mind is finite and it gets so full that the conscious mind can’t deal with the conscious life. Pay attention to the first thought you think in the morning. It’s usually pretty rough or negative. Don’t let these run your life. Take a stand for yourself. Set yourself up for a win in this class.
