In this class, we practice a kriya to balance Prana and Apana. Prana is the upper triangle, apana is the lower triangle. Prana brings in, apana is letting go.
People are not used to exhaling. If you’re not used to exhaling, you’re holding your breath and holding many things (fear). Start getting into releasing fear from your body by exhaling now. Full prosperity flows with the breath
