In this session, we’ll work with a Kriya to balance prana and apana—the two primary currents of life force energy in the body—activating your innate ability to heal and energize from within.
Then, let go completely in a deep Gong relaxation, followed by Sodarshan Chakra Kriya to merge with the Infinite through breath, mantra, and meditative focus.
