Class Description
Stepping into the more outspoken season of Leo is a dramatic kind of fun. However, all to often, we hold ourselves back from shining brightly out of fear or shame or stress. This class is designed to work on clearing stagnancy and fear from the lower abdomen - specifically the kidneys and liver - where we hold onto the physical effects of fear and aggression. This allows more openness and creative capacity to be accessed.
