In preparation for the Spring Equinox, this class works with a kriya for pelvic balance and a pranayam to recall your inner innocence helping you clear anger, soften inner hardness, and return to the natural beauty that comes when energy is flowing well. The pelvis is a foundational center of stability, creativity, and emotional holding; when it comes back into balance, the whole system can begin to feel more supported, open, and alive. Restore sweetness, receptivity, and quiet inner radiance. As the teaching reminds us, “a flower that does not blossom cannot have a fragrance,” this practice is about blooming from the inside, so your beauty becomes something felt, not forced.
