Go into the nerve plexus to deal with the complexities of this time. This will give you the capacity to be productive. It gives you the power to be creative when the nervous system is strong.

You are either being constructive or destructive. Come out of this pressure in a positive, elevated, and evolved state. Mind your mind with your thought forms that become the action forms that ripples out to the world. You can be a positive force.

You have 3 facets of the mind: (1) the negative mind which is there to protect you. If you don’t have command over the negative mind, you get very negative or focus on the worst-case scenario. Each thought has a negative and positive charge and depending on what size of the negative and positive charge you are on determines how your endocrine and hormone systems will react. If you are in a fear, low energy, or an angry state, you tend to take the negative spin on a thought. It’s important to regulate the system in a positive way by training the mind and body. It’s a choice of what thought form you choose. (2) The Positive Mind takes any input and researches it. It provides examples of why you should be concerned, take action, be happy, or creative.  It has no agenda. It just gives evidence to whatever thought form you provide it. You have to catch the negative mind before it goes to the positive mind which will build a case to support your negativity. What these practices do is gets you to the (3) neutral mind as soon as possible. So you can see the situation in a clear way and make right action choices and find calmness in any storm. Meditation gives you the power to get to the neutral mind. With lots of practice, you have more awareness.

There is a depression when you feel the computer is smarter than you. Which is not true. It’s called computer sickness. We have been stupefied. We are programmed to believe anything we see on the internet. We need to have the clarity and have some sovereignty about what we are thinking and how we are letting that information go into our mechanism of thought process and what goes into our system which affects the immune system deeply. You need to practice more yoga, mantra, and meditation. Using your meditation practice to care. Make the environments around you better than when you came. That is a spiritual practice.
