Sometimes the subconscious mind will keep you from actually doing a kriya. It’s important in kundalini practice to be accurate in order to get maximum benefit. Learn and be inspired in this preparatory class. Use the power of Fists of Anger to work out your arcline. That is where your negativity, anger, and blame build up. The ‘problems’ in your life are all versions of the same theme. Your subconscious mind wants to have a bigger experience of something. It will relentlessly ignore actuality in order to do so.

Use yoga and meditation as a self-psychology practice so that you can know what you are creating a bigger experience of in your subconscious mind. Change the template you are putting over the reality of your life by using the mantra. It will de-magnetize that pattern for you. It does not matter how and why that pattern started. Use the mantra to cut it off. You must repeat and practice because these patterns are well-trodden paths. You can sleep to them as well. They are nutrition so that you can choose better patterns and therefore better experiences.

Your practice affects everyone in your life. Get to know yourself first and foremost. Understand yourself and drop the expectation and anger for others not understanding you. If you have no idea who you are then how can anyone else? Gain revelation on your true majesty. That is what meditation is for. Contemplate who you are - which is not your habits and compulsions. When you no longer care about other people understanding who you are, it is a sign that your meditative practice is working.

It is so vast and complex that you can exist in this tiny form. It is marvelous and unbelievable. How could anyone else even begin to comprehend you? You can drop this ridiculous notion and then your relationships get better. Harmonious relationships are not necessary. Some of the most beautiful relationships come from innocent worship without having any idea why. It’s part of the practice of self-worship and then worshipping others. Wherever you have deep grooves in your system is evidence of where your energy flows. These are your habits. This is the worn groove and therefore the “one jerk” reaction you will have under stress. When you become a beacon of light for others, you are going to create a polarity. This is the way the planet works. All that being true, the greatest enemy of your spiritual development is you. Accelerate your Sound Current

The sound waves connected to empathy are faster than those connected to complaint. They are longer waves. When you participate in them, you feel a lower state of energy. Learn about this depth of yogic science in this class. You can say any words but it is the way you use the science of sound that really matters. Cultivate this skill with the practices in this class. When you use accelerated sound, you increase your neuron velocity. You have a better experience of reality. Who you think you are is just a bundle of neuroses and habits. In this class, you will pray for wherever you are suffering. Get a view of your self-deception so you can break through it fast. The cure is always located right where the suffering is.
