Insecurity is 16x greater in women. Learn powerful tools that balance emotions. Women need to spend time with other women to move beyond their relationship challenges. These fears and insecurities can’t be worked out with men. Women process with other women. You have "peanut hour" and then you can come to your relationship with a fresh perspective.

In a disciplined way, you create a bigger experience of something positive. Like all the things your partner did for you when you were first together that made you feel good. Start to do these things for each other again. Create romance as a positive relay.

This is much more effective than talking about the problems repeatedly. When you elevate above the problem and look down on the people having the problem, then you drop the problem and watch it shatter. You can stop creating more interlock with the vibration of the problem.

This is self-mastery. You are your greatest therapist.
What is reality? What is giving you energy? What’s not? Notice and practice imagining dragging your problem to the highest elevation you can go and drop the thing. Watch it shatter.

Another exercise that you’ll experience in this class so that you can apply in your everyday life is to drop your "need to be right" and have the agility to flip over to the other person’s perspective of you being the self-righteous stress personality you’re projecting. If that’s what you want to create a bigger experience of then these meditations help you change the neurological pattern.

A headstand is more than just a headstand. It’s a physical metaphor for you having enough agility to have a different perspective. That is what the Kriya is for.

All Fights Come from Not Listening

You can tell everything you need to know about yourself and others by their sound current. If you can become a sophisticated listener, then you can move into much more harmonious relationships including with yourself. That's Master listening.

Practice listening to your own sound current. That is why we tune in. You listen into your own sound current and harmonize with the group in practice. When you master listening you can maneuver where the energy is going.

Come to every situation with the attitude of not knowing. Then you are a great detective. You have the skill of listening and observing. You are not obsessed with how much attention you need because of all the childhood dissatisfactions. Instead of wanting attention and feeding that abyss, you become attentive. When you don’t know then you pay attention. In relationship you really don’t know who the other person is. No matter how long you’ve been with them. That’s the rub. “I know you.” So, you lose attentiveness. This goes for sex too. If you don’t know how to be attentive in a sexual encounter, then you are a boring lover.

Try this exercise with your partner: Who are you? You don’t know. You become fresh minded, and the spiritual discipline becomes attentiveness. This is what makes art art. You notice what others don’t and you capture it. That’s art. Train your attentiveness in this class. You will increase your ability to be a magnetic lover of yourself and your lover.

Relationship is art. You are more alive and interesting and then other people want to be around you. All relationship is a dance and must abide by the laws of polarity. There is always a consequence to the sequence. If you don’t like what you are getting back, then look at what you are putting out.

As yogis it is fundamental to our practice to master the laws of polarity. This is so you can have a good open-hearted conversation with someone. You become more yourself and no one knows what that looks like because you don’t know who you are. That is exciting.

Pre Forgive for Optimal Relationship Experiences

This class dives into cutting your childhood anger. It’s an opportunity to forgive. Forgive yourself first and then others. The definition of forgiveness is simply to be for GIVING. You need this skill, and it is a skill, to have the kind of life you want. It takes vitality to stand for something. Stand for being generous to self and then it’s so easy to give it to others. Your daily practice is a self-blessing. You develop the neuron pattern of self-acknowledgment. Your meditation practice is a bath. You take a bath to remove the stink. In this case, it is the stink of destructive thoughts and behaviors. These come from accelerated maternal and/or paternal phobias. It is a pattern you are running and is not the parent's fault. Why? Because you are choosing to carry these patterns in your current experience and all your relationships.

In this class, you will work to open your heart because it will give you the energy you need to clean this out and offer forgiveness. Can you “pre” forgive? In relationships, if you know that the odds are not in your favor because of all the childhood anger then practice forgiving yourself, and all your past partners and start pre-forgiving anyone that you hope to enter into  relay with.

One Wrong Word Can Ruin Your Life

When the endocrine system is balanced then you are much more effective in communication. Get out of the new age cliche of “this is my truth” - there is no relationship because you are just talking to yourself. Broadcasting that you don’t care what the other person has to say. No relay.

It takes a sophisticated development of the sensory system so that you can feel into the relay. When you increase this communicative ability, you start to see the 3rd entity in the relationship which the sum of the 2 people.

Hear the basic teaching around relationships - we need relationships to be sane. It’s nothing but a relay of communication from oneself to another self. It’s a moment-by-moment practice. It’s very sensitive. It’s up to you to continually communicate a feeling or receive communication from another. Otherwise, the relationship is broken. All the problems we have on planet earth are from disharmonious relay.

There is no permanence in relationships. The only permanent thing is your commitment to the relay and the ship that carries the relay - the 3rd entity, which is relationship.

In this class practice strengthening your sensory system so you can communicate better. When you understand how truly fragile relationship is then you show up differently. You’ll have much more immediacy and sensitivity.

All relationships are made and marred on communication. The higher the consciousness the higher the gain. The radiance, tolerance, and beauty are all magnified and it’s a snowball effect in elegant communication.

Undoing Age

Decalcify your Eye of Horace

On the 4th Day of the Moon, the glandular system is a lot more subtle. Today’s practice is focused on the regeneration of the glandular system so that you can utilize the energy of this particular moon day. The glandular secretions are what the yogis consider the nectar of youth. The hormones they secrete are connected to your greatest health and vitality. Working with these glands gives you a siddhi (a power) of an auric glow and radiance.

The meditation in this class is specific for practicing on the 4th day of the Moon. It will open blockages in the Nadis which are the superhighways of energy flow in your body. You have 72,000 of these circuits. Someone practicing yoga regularly have about 10% of these channels flowing. Those who don’t have less than 720 which is why fatigue and rapid aging is so prevalent in the world.

All chronological aging is determined by the pineal and pituitary gland. According to Egyptian medicine, this is considered the Eye of Horace. It is your command center for keeping your cells nourished. If your pineal is a bit calcified, then you can soften it with regular practice. It will give you more vitality, better sleep, and a clearer mind too.

Whatever you’ve done in your past, you can do a lot of brain healing with kundalini practices. When you couple them with Lunar Days they can balance and heal your brain chemistry.

Turn Towards Everything

Something Compassionate is Happening in Aisle 3

Turn as much energy as you can in the right direction. Holding your arm up in the air for a couple of minutes in a Kriya is no big deal. Physiologically you have the capacity to do this. Why it feels so hard is because you are taking the speeding bullet of your neuroses that’s been part of you for a really long time and it’s exhausting to carry around lifetimes of these patterns and samscaras. You are lower vibration because of the fatigue. It is then much harder to reach for the top shelf because you’re lower and tired. You have spent all your energy running away from yourself and the universe in your highest destiny. In this class work on getting out of retrograde with yourself so you can be creative. When you are creative you feel fulfilled and then it’s so much easier to serve others. It’s so much easier to turn toward the flow of positive energy. You may not feel more comfortable but you’ll feel more alive.

Be very diligent with yourself. You are not confused. You are indecisive. These are just neurotic habits and they are not true. These are great patterns for holding yourself in a depletion purgatory. Hold a mold of the caliber of life you want. It’s very simple. If you don’t know then it’s not time to make the decision yet. When it’s time, then you’ll know. This one spiritual principle will give you 70% + more energy. Apply this one principle to your life. You do know.

The posture of your participation in the moment is that you know. If you don’t then you hold the posture until the right time that the universe will reveal the right next step. Patience pays. That is why we practice holding our arm up like in the meditation for auric projection offered in this class and all of 2018. Hold up because the universe is conspiring for you. It will reveal itself at exactly the time you have enough energy to take the right action.

Creating a group energy field. That’s what a spiritual community is about. Someone may be holding a posture perfectly and it elevates the whole group consciousness. It’s a deep type of relationship because you are sharing practice and transformation together. Especially now when the emotional and mental bankruptcy is at an all-time high, we help each other shine.

Let the Cold depression come out of your system in communion. You can come and participate and receive the particular type of nutrition you are seeking most. When the energy comes up and you get brighter you need to know your own self-psychology. When you elevate it can trigger the booby traps of the cultural control that has taught you not to shine

Everyone gets to be fed. So, it’s important that you normalize. Know your little pacifiers so you don’t get freaked out by the massive amplification of your radiance. You must feed the toddler the chocolate chip cookie to trick your mind that you’re not growing too much. There is so much conditioning around what happens if you reached your fullest potential. You’re programmed to hate the freest person in the room. That’s socio-normative. In the spiritual community, it’s the opposite. When something clears off you during practice, then everyone benefits. When one human makes the choice to turn towards the elevation of their own soul then legions of others are transported with them.

Meditation can sometimes be like going to the bathroom. You’re clearing stuff out and you don’t linger around and look in the toilet and wonder what just came out. Things become a lot funnier. Take that mantle that you are engaging in a beautiful dance - turning towards yourself.

Give More of Your Inherent Natural Gifts

Don’t look down upon illusion. Everything is an illusion. Your partner becomes the spokesperson for who you really are. You know a relationship is going in the right direction with the combined aura of the partners is enhanced. It’s one or the other. When you live with somebody long enough there is intense irritation sometimes and intense warmth.

If you lined up 10 of your exes, they would all say the same thing about your anger. The common denominator is you. Anytime you’re fighting as a yogi in a relationship you really must get sober with yourself. Is this really what the world needs? Your need to be right causes battle. If you want a committed relationship, then drop the vibe that you’re going to devour that person.

Time for self-reflection. There are subtle adjustments you can make in your 10 Body System that will make you so much more attractive. That is what this class focuses on. Loosen some of the bottled-up emotional stuff and become more alive and embodied. You literally become 10-20x more attractive.

All the thinking and linear movements you do in a day is not going to get you the relationship you want. If you’re walking around as a big bundle of contraction and neuroses. Unpack that in this practice with these yogic technologies.

Here is a cool yogic tip for women in heteronormative relationship - look at a man’s feet and see how he grounds on the earth. That’s the first sign of the path he is on in life. If you’re in relationship and not getting what you want, welcome to relationship. Get over the tit for tat. Amplify your own natural gifts. Lead with these and forget the rest.

Advanced homework assignment: make a list of all the ways your past partners have gotten in the ring for you. They are saintly.

We are so Good at Self-Fulfilling Prophecy

The relationship is the highest form of yoga. Projecting your childhood wounds onto your lover while wearing your PJ’s and blaming them for all your problems is not going to get you long-lasting relationship.

Our weird ticks around relationships are hilarious. What can you do about this funny thing happening on the planet regarding relationships? You must prepare, train and purify yourself for it. You must vigorously amplify what’s good about yourself. After the good feeling biochemistry wears off (the in-love feelings) you have to be trained to stay elevated above the contempt that seeps in when you get triggered and the childhood trauma gets kicked up.

Some of the deepest spiritual work you can do in a relationship is to say to the other person, “you are right.” Even if you don’t think so, you are big enough to tell them. It will change your life and relationships. They are right/wrong - none of it matters.

Some people want the fight and that’s ok. Be honest about what you get off on. If you say you’re right, then you are halfway to a hot make-out or better. If you continue the fight, then what’s that going to get you?  See if you can really understand how the other person believes they are right. In yogic tradition this is Bodhisattva practice. You are making some else’s emotional well-being more important than your own.

Do you want to be reliving the power struggle you had with your siblings? That’s what you can rise above with the practice of empathy and seeing or at least saying you’re right.

Devote yourself to the construction of you. Not the destruction. What are you here for and what inspires you to develop your skillful means. The lineage of kundalini yoga is not about creating devotees. It’s self-devotion so that you can have enough energy to serve the planet in a constructive and consistent way. We are in a world of collective mental illness with everyone trying to destroy each other. We are trying to get sane here. You are basically sane and basically good. First figure out what is motivating you to get to the mat. Know what you’re hunting for otherwise you’re going to get lost.

We have a technology in kundalini yoga that will make you superhuman. Activate the angelic nature in you. The other 2 aspects of your nature are also helpful. The beast (your limbic brain) gives you endurance. It gets over-utilized. You have the human. And this state is a choice. That’s why it’s called human being because you actually have to choose to BE human. Then you can elevate into the angelic part of you. The superhuman where you are creative for no good reason, you are fulfilled in full capacity.

Guru Jagat offers an assignment; the way for you to gauge how you are using your life force (x amount of time/x amount of energy) is that when you take your last breath whatever you contributed to the planet you get to take with you. So, take notice of the unhappiness. The level of your misery is totally connected to the level at which you are not serving others. So, take note. How much are you making your neuroses more important than your fulfillment and service?

Be ruthless with yourself. You’re not miserable. Your unhappiness lies in your self-importance. You think you’re important enough to be miserable in this beautiful life. Get over it. Help someone. You’ll feel better.

When you elevate yourself, you help legions of others. That’s leadership and you’ll work on it in this class.

The Secret is Stamina

Be More than Just a Flash in the Pan

Staying power or dealing power is the common denominator of all successful people. You must have the nervous system strength to hold the vision of your destiny. The key is endurance. It’s not the most talented or the most creative people that succeed. In many cases, it’s those that can endure the race against time.

That’s what you can get from these celestial windows like eclipses. If you practice on these days, it’s an opportunity to magnify what you’re focused on.

What sets you apart in your creative fulfillment is your staying power. You’ve got to train yourself to stay the course. That is wealth. It has nothing to do with your bank account. True prosperity is when you have the stamina to stay the course. Whether you’re on top or at rock bottom - build your endurance to stay the course. Do your art and do it with dignity.

This is what you’ll develop in this session. Clarity of mind, clarity of vision and stamina. Whatever the next right action is, you have enough energy and capacity to take that step.

If you want to have more staying power, then sacrifice wanting to be liked. The only person that matters as to whether they like you or not is YOU. That is a challenge because you’ve been taught not to like you. That takes away a lot of energy. This class works on establishing a new level of your physical, mental, and spiritual stamina to be kind to yourself and then be kind to others.

You are supposed to care about other people liking you and you are not supposed to like yourself. That is what is socially acceptable. That is our training, and that self-loathing is exhausting.
