There are five tattvas, five elements that make up the entire phenomenal world, including you. The five tattvas are earth, water, fire, air & ether. If you feel very spacey that's a sign of an over-active ether tattva, if you feel angry you have to balance out your fire tattva, if you're crying all the time you need to add some fire to calm your water tattva. You can dial in these five energy-streams as you need. Sa Ta Na Ma will balance all of them. We are going to clear out anger, let go of past memories so that your mind can be clean, your thoughts can serve you, and you can be more you.

Kundalini Yoga is a technology of experience. It's not a religion, it's not a belief system. An iPhone doesn't have a religion associated with it, you can think of Kundalini Yoga the same way. In this particular class what we are going to practice is the same as it was practiced 5,000 years ago, that's how pure this connection is and it is a great blessing. There are yogis who used to practice what we'll practice today in their caves and they reached enlightenment through their practice.

As we increase our psyche frequency, watch how you relate to the world. What more can you give? A lot of us hold high frequencies, but we're not operating at those high frequencies. You have to upgrade your self, and then your exchanges, and then all of a sudden people are like, "I just really like being around them." "Every time I speak to them I feel better." That's the type of person you want to be.

We are in an age where our world is changing, our minds are shifting, our capacity to hold more is increasing very rapidly— with all of these shifts, we have to shift our relationships & our concept of what love is. We're conditioned to think love is an emotion, but love is a frequency that we can vibrate. We're developing our electromagnetic subtlety this week, through our breath,  connecting to our soul through the prana to position ourselves to make a quantum shift when we go into this love frequency, our relationship with love in the upcoming workshop.

On a full moon the subtle realms are amplified. We all have ten bodies, the subtle body is the 9th body. The 9th body is directly linked to the 1st body, soul body. When you die the subtle body carries the soul  with it. When these bodies are working well the radiant body, 10th body is very activated. In Kundalini Yoga you can develop your subtle body, build your radiance, open up the energy of your soul.

The more that you acquire on the path the more you need to be armed with protection. We're going to work with this Rakhe Rakhan Har mantra today. Rakhe Rakhan Har is a shabad, it protects against all negative forces which come on your path, both inner and outer forces it cuts like a sword through every opposing vibration, thought, word and action. It's removes physical pain and helps with lawsuits. Activate your heart space and create a protective Mudra around your heart, around your consciousness.
