Class Description

Guru Jagat discusses improving your intimate relationship with time and space. All our problems come from a false sense of the scarcity of time. Can you learn to move time through you instead of moving through time? Meditation helps us do this since sitting still or holding a pose changes our experience of time. Learn the cycles, learn the timelines, and plan for what you want.

Almost all of our problems are, on some level, due to a feeling of time scarcity. We feel that we never have enough time to give things the proper attention they deserve, which has led to, for example, the environmental crisis on the planet.

Once you have some mastery over your own mind, you can basically collapse time into a vertical representation to yourself, so that you never need to feel collapsed by time. You won't feel a victim to it. Using a 24-hour clock. Time is conquered by the mind and space by the body. Training both gives you a well-rounded capacity for victory.
