These sessions are called Subtle Immediacy because energy is an important paradox. 2016 is a 9-year and 9 rules the Subtle Body, which has to do with working with compulsivity that numbs you out and keeps you from feeling the creative pulse, life pulse moving through you. Cold Depression and info-dementia are heavy right now and the pressure is so high on our psyche, so we have to work with what is numbing us out.

The 9th body also rules the digestive system. Food can numb you out – even if you eat well, you may eat fast or have other metabolism issues. Look for yogic discernment that doesn’t necessarily lead to morality – we’re hunting energy, which is easier to do from a subtle place – may lead us out of a dis-ease consciousness. You can’t sit down to meditation practice with the fundamental belief that you’re wrong and you need to fix yourself; this will not give you energy. When you get calcified and you numb yourself out with your meditation practice, things don’t move.

The Piscean era conditioned people to lie to each other. It birthed spiritual chauvinism: the assumption of what someone should look like if they’re a guru or on a spiritual path, and the judgment that follows when someone doesn’t meet this expectation. This stereotype is used to sell so many things, but you can’t buy spirituality. You can’t pay your way into an initiation, you have to do the work yourself. This is the Age of Aquarius, one of self-initiation, which is hard work. It takes power to decide you’re going to have enough spiritual maturity and responsibility to do something with yourself.
Disrupting spiritual chauvinism is a way to discover your sovereignty. Part of our job as leaders in this time is to deconstruct these assumptions within ourselves. When you examine yourself, you also examine how you judge others. So, one of the best mantras is “no” – reject stereotypes that don’t support you, refuse to engage in neurotic behavior, and set boundaries that serve your best self. The stereotype of a compassionate person is toxic because they would be walked all over. “No” is a very compassionate mantra, as true kindness comes with some honesty. The “Spiritual No” is a safe space where you learn more about yourself.

Everything you do throughout the day can be elevated to a yogic science taking a breath, drinking some yogi tea, making a recipe, your practice.  Our negativity, fatigue, and subconscious stuff pollute the environment.  Lower states of consciousness cannot exist in the presence of the technology because you have a higher caliber of energy running through you.  It is our job to learn and activate the teachings as they have been given. It is our responsibility to have a personal relationship with the teachings, even if it is only one aspect, and then practice the technology to create something out of nothing.
