The Science of Breath
Class Description
In this session, dive deeper into the yogic anatomy of the breath, focusing particularly on the third vertebra and the anatomical components for putting a high frequency pranic rhythm through the body. Practice somatic methods of breathing to access awareness of the third vertebra, while learning what may cause deep, shallow or incomplete breathing patterns.
Yogic posture reinforces the energetic pathway that is the natural course of prana through the body. In this session, discuss the mechanics of these pranic pathways with an experiential and theoretical exploration of the hemispheres of the brain and the Nadis.
