Opening the Body to Receive High Vibrations

Tej encourages us to not waste time any more. We flow with the etheric realm in this post-full-moon session. 
We practice the fundamental Yoga set, “Healing Unknown Cause of Sickness" for nerve strengthening, brain balancing and realm-opening, using the diagonal angle to heal us. Tej brings us through a deep meditation using a breath pattern and a dynamic mudra set to the “Sat Nam Sat Nam Wahe Guru Wahe Guru” recording, by Jagjit Singh to release failures and fault feelings. “Release the faults without saying a word. Your nature has three qualities - you can be either progressive, mediocre, or depressive.” We bring the aggressive down and the depressive up by adjusting the central nerve to a place of neutrality. To end we chant along with the beautiful recording from Hansu Jot, “Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Guru Wahe Jio.”
