Kundalini yoga is a yoga of self-initiation.  You do not need to pay someone for a mantra or a meditation, they are all out there for the taking.  But only you can do the work, only you can hold your arm up! No one else will do it for you.

You have a different personality that comes out when you are stressed. What is your stress personality? You are reliving your childhood trauma patterns with any added new trauma plus the experiences of daily life that you are dealing with. It creates a reservoir of stress. When you are in your stress personality, it is physical. You look, sound and act differently. Get a good look at it. This class focuses on developing the courage to face your “bizarro” self.

According to yogic science, a sane person has 27 different personalities. One of the most powerful is the stress personality. Go deep into your system and relieve the stress personality with this practice. You cannot live out your creative destiny from your stress personality. Clean out these stress fragments and you will not only feel different, you look different. Elevate from those subconscious thought forms that are running your life. Get good tips on how to win the day from a clear and clean projection. If you are stuffed up on your trauma you block your creativity.
