You will need a “P” fruit for this kriya (pear, peach, plum, papaya, pineapple, pomegranate, etc.).
The months of February and March are the periods between the end of winter and the beginning of spring. During this time, eat lots of “p” fruits and avoid eating in the evening (except for fruit). Combining this way of eating with doing this set every day will give you a good summer and good health, despite your age, your deficiencies, and all the sins you have committed in the past.

The sound waves connected to empathy are faster than those connected to complaint. They are longer waves. When you participate in them, you feel a lower state of energy.
