Class Description

Stimulate the body’s natural detoxification processes, support glandular health, and help clear out the physical and energetic residue that can accumulate from stress, poor diet, or environmental factors.
The movements are practical and purposeful, emphasizing steady breath and mindful engagement to help you release tension and reset your system. The intention is to create an internal environment that supports happiness and resilience, making it easier for your mind to shift away from negativity and into a state of possibility.

After the physical practice, the class transitions into a meditation specifically chosen for those moments when nothing else seems to help. You’ll chant “Wahe Guru Wahe Jio,” a mantra known in Kundalini Yoga for its ability to uplift the mind and dissolve persistent blocks. The sound current of this mantra is thought to bring light into dark places, helping you reconnect with a sense of hope and inner joy, even when circumstances feel overwhelming.
