This practice gently deepens the breath, balances the magnetic field, and nourishes vitality. Concludes with a side-lying relaxation and a short meditation for a calm mind and resilient nerves.

Use Kundalini Yoga to move through unintentional blocks that prevent you from moving forward in your destiny direction.
