In this Evening class, Guru Jagat focuses on the yogic diet and the investment of your practice.
A Yogic diet includes liquids in the morning, a big lunch, and a final meal before sunset. This is Intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting resets the metabolism and the immune system. It creates a huge difference in vitality by investing in a 14-Day Metabolic Challenge for your health. Kriya means "to change."
You'll need a P-Fruit for this set. Spring is coming. Try to eat as many P things as possible. Peanuts, P-fruit. Seeds are fine. Pizza is not. Avoid eating in the evening, except for the fruit.
