Class Description

We all have anger that builds up in the system. As yoga practitioners, we can get above our perceived problem and deal with our aggressions through our personal daily practice. By balancing the endocrine system, we’re not so offended all the time and instead find humor. This kriya clears old patterns and is followed by a healing water prayer, Sat Narayan Hari Hari to bring an open heart of forgiveness. “We are all just humans doing our best.”
