Class Description

You have to learn that you have the right to alter your energy at any given moment. It’s your birthright! You can change your position, experience, and perspective. When things go off, know that you can change your frequency and when you know how, you can help others.

Kundalini works through a triple system: the ida, pingela, and the sushumna. The ida and pingela rise from the base of the spine traveling in opposite directions. The ida is the left channel - breathe through the left nostril to calm stress and compulsivity. The pingela energizes so breathe through the right nostril if needed. Upgrade the nervous system if you get nervous through life.

This kriya will work on the nadi flow to balance the brain chemistry. We should all do some pranayama or kundalini yoga with breath work three times a day to change the nadi flow This will make new neuro-patterns.

The nadi cleansing mediation is a purification practice. If done regularly, it will burn karmas of many lives. This practice creates a powerful neutral balance of the prana and asana in the system and encourages the flow of kundalini in the central channel.
