Kundalini energy rises from the base of the spine, but it also comes down the front of the body to complete its orbit and then continues to recirculate and regenerate.

The energetic pathway up from the base of the spine to the forehead is called the “silver cord.” From the pituitary gland back into the central cortex or the 3rd ventricle of the brain, where the pineal gland is stored, is called the “gold cord.” The crown chakra is also known as the 10th gate, or the 1000-petaled lotus. When the kundalini rises to the crown, the lotus flips down and drips Amrit down the front of the body. When the kundalini completes its circuit, the aura is amplified.

The act of tratakum (taking in images of the masters through the optic nerve) is receiving and integrating with the broadcast of the whole lineage.
